During the celebration of the 60th anniversary of the Élysée Treaty, ROSI’s President Yun Luo presented the progress and development objectives of ROSI to the President of the French Republic, Emmanuel Macron, and the German Chancellor, Olaf Scholz. She was accompanied by Doris Birkhofer, President of Siemens France.
This meeting was an opportunity to underline the need for strengthened collaboration between France and Germany in order to relocate a competitive and large-scale photovoltaic industry in Europe.
ROSI and Siemens are about to take a first step in this direction by concluding a partnership to deploy ROSI's end-of-life photovoltaic panel recycling activities on a larger scale in Germany. The creation of new sources of recycled raw materials is essential to build competitive advantages in Europe and reduce our dependence on other countries.
